Growing up in south Wales, I worked at my local pub and developed a passion for cask ales from the booming local brewing scene. I’m now based in Nuremberg in the Franconia region of Bavaria, Germany’s best-kept secret for beer lovers! I’ve dabbled in home brewing and never miss a chance to try new beers, talk to people in the industry and learn more.

In the brewing sector, I’ve worked on presentations for brewing systems, marketing copy for brewery tours and tasting notes to name just a few projects.
